The third show in the series called "Meet the Candidate: Roland Van Liew" is now available for viewing. This third show focuses on accountability. It is worth pointing out that not a single member of the current Board of Selectmen has ever come out in favor of accountability for malfeasance.

The show can be viewed on Chelmsford Telemedia’s cable schedule and is also online. It can be viewed by clicking on the image below or by visiting this URL: http://origin.peg.tv/pegtv_player?id=T01497&video=49358

Some public officials, most notably Jon Kurland, are beside themselves that I am actually reaching out to voters directly rather than, as Kurland puts it, “following the rules” and appearing only in venues chosen by town officials.

You know what rules I am following? The rules that say that public officials should be accountable to the residents who elect them. Jon Kurland clearly doesn’t favor those rules. Too bad. He’s not my boss. You are.

Sincerely,

Roland Van Liew
