This Saturday evening Chelmsford residents face a pleasant decision. The community boasts two unique, top quality live performances: The Gentlemen Songsters at McCarthy Middle School auditorium, and our very own Bill Campbell at the Chelmsford Center for the Arts (Old Town Hall).

The Gentlemen Songsters feature Chelmsford resident Jesse Heines, who does an outstanding job chairing the Computer Science Dept. at Lowell State University. But more importantly, Jesse possesses uncommon control over one of those rare golden tenor voices – perfect for the “a capella” style of barbershop, broadway, and “boy band” pop featured by the Songsters. New York Regional Champions ‘Round Midnight are their special guests.

Another fine show that evening for those who prefer to laugh the night away is the appearance of Chelmsford’s own Bill Campbell at the CCA, performing his full nightclub act with guest Mary Ellen Rinaldi.
